The Aero Instruments & Avionics 11615-50 Portable Data Loader (PDL) provides proven ARINC 615-3/ARINC 603 load technologies with additional ARINC 615A over Ethernet capability. This new addition to our product line is ideal for aircraft fleets preparing to use, or that are currently using 615A loadable equipment. Avionic data loads can be performed from Floppy Disk, CD, DVD, USB, or the internal solid state Mass Storage Device (MSD). The MSD can be loaded in advance to eliminate the distribution of disks/memory devices to airplanes while significantly reducing the time to perform the data load tasks. External media is verified before any load is executed. This saves valuable ground time by alerting the operator of any bad media before attempting the load. Our 11615-50 PDL is easy to read and easy to use. All functions are performed using the high resolution 5” TFT LCD display and four large “Soft Buttons”. AIS Air Data Test System

The primary function of the Air Data Test System (ADTS) is to perform testing and fault isolation of pneumatic-type Units Under Test (UUTs). To test a UUT, the operator connects the associated Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Integrated Test Adapter (ITA) to the rackmount Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) test station. The operator connects the ADTS to the IAIS via an RS-232 Interface and then finally, connects the UUT to the ADTS using the supplied cables and hoses.

The 40-195 is a 22 Channel Fault Insertion Switch, primarily designed for the simulation of fault conditions in automotive & avionics applications involving the reliability testing of safety critical controllers. It is designed to be able to insert different fault conditions on pairs of signals between the test fixture and the equipment under test: Open-Circuit, Short-Circuit between signal pairs, Short-Circuit between signal pairs and user applied fault conditions e.g. Power or GND. Relays in-line with the signal paths allow open circuit conditions to be simulated on either side or both sides of a signal pair. Relays between each channel pair enable adjacent signals to be shorted, and relays between signal paths and the "Fault" connection allow the application of external user applied fault conditions.
