Digital I/O Device
The Digital I/O Device supports channel, current, and voltage options to help you automate applications. This module features programmable input filters to remove chatter, noise, glitches, and spikes on inputs, and these filters also provide debouncing for digital switches and relays. You can use the module to perform safe operation when connected to pumps, motors, and other industrial actuators or machinery using the included power-up states. The module also provides a fail-safe mechanism that monitors for computer or application crashes and place the system in a state to ensure safe recovery. Additionally, some models include high-voltage, high-current, and isolation options to ensure the product can work safely in many environments.The Digital I/O Device includes the NI-DAQmx driver and configuration utility that simplify configuration and measurements. Stack Match controller is a replacement for the rotary switch Stack Match controller. It features pushbutton switches for easy antenna selection and has outputs for both phase control and an auxiliary output. It is a component of the ShackLAN product line and as such can be fully remotely controlled via computer with our ShackLAN Control Center software. All outputs are switched with relay contacts for maximum reliability and power for the external switching unit may be applied from a separate power source to provide maximum isolation from the ShackLAN network. The DP differential isolation probes are an important accessory for any laboratory involved in power electronics and high voltage systems. These probes allow isolated and floating measurements with any oscilloscope or data recorder, whilst the oscilloscope can remain grounded. Using a DP150 or DP200pro probe, differential and floating measurements can be made on a variety of ac power systems like 230V/110V ac input power supplies, chopped and switching power supplies, thyristor controllers, variable speed motor drives (PWM signals), motor inrush current and measurement across current shunts. The isolated input is made via two 4mm/banana safety sockets. The BNC output allows easy connection to an oscilloscope. The DP probes can be powered from a 9V battery or external power supply.

The SST-LV is a Plug & Play Smart TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant Transmitter. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the SST-LV will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the SST-LV Transmitter is easily programmed using a PC with an RS232 port and Instrument Setup (IS) software, which provides a graphical user interface. The SST-LV may be powered from 12-30 Vac or 10-48 Vdc. The SST-HV Has an Isolated transducer excitation output that is selectable between 5Vdc or 10Vdc. There are Dual solid state relays and an Isolated 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog output. There are three Isolated serial data transmitter output ( RS232 , Half-duplex RS485, full-duplex RS485 ) and three serial protocols that are software selectable (Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII and Custom ASCII). Isolation to 250V rms is provided for power, signal input, analog output, relay outputs, and communications. Isolation adds safety and avoids possible ground loops. The transducer excitation output is isolated to 50V from signal ground.

Every electrical apparatus or machine consists of two distinct sections - one which carries the electricity, and other which is isolated (insulated) from the electric currents. The former may be called the `Live' side whiles the latter `Earth’ side. A person near about the apparatus or handling it can safely touch the Earth side, but not the live side, for obvious reasons. Isolation Amplifiers
Isolation Amplifiers provide power supply designers with a higher performing, single chip alternative to isolation techniques based on optocouplers and shunt regulators. Analog Devices ADuM3190 and ADuM4190 isolated error amplifiers have a 400 kHz bandwidth, with 0.5% typical initial accuracy at 25°C and 1% total accuracy over the extended temperature range of –40˚C to +125˚C.
