While the PLZ-4WL series succeeds to the superior operability of our conventional model of the PLZ-4W series, the PLZ-4WL series realizes the high speed rise and fall time (slew rate of 50A/µs.) in the range of low voltage with large current. The PLZ-4WL offers six operation modes, and equips with various features such as sequence operation, switching operation, soft-start function, and time and voltage measurement. The PLZ-4WL applies not only for the conventional load test of the CPU power supply, but also it can be applied to even faster current response test. Rotary table handlers are an excellent choice for PCBA or product – level test, programming, part marking, automatic part rejecting, and vision inspection in order to satisfy manufacturing applications that require high throughput. Rotary table based systems used in production can also help reduce the impact of load and unload times for the operator, because the device-under-test (DUT) automatically moves to the next cell within the station as each DUT is loaded. The Resilient Modulus software features built and test sequences, and the capability to specify user defined sequences. Contact stress is automatically adjusted according to the above procedures as selected. Available waveforms include haver sine, sine, square and triangular, along with a user defined waveform selection. Optional peak & valley compensation ensures proper and quick matching of the load parameters. Real time displays of the prescribed versus actual dynamic load or the dynamic deformation measurements by each sensor are always present. Solar Cell Testers are integrated systems incorporating Solar Simulator and I-V Measurement systems. PET offers Standard and Advance IV Measurement software. PET Cell Testers are capable of measuring a diverse range of solar cell parameters such as Isc,Voc, Imax,Vmax, Pmax, FF, Rsh, Rs and η cell conversion efficiency, complete light and dark I-V curves. All that needs to be done to test a cell is to load the cell, make electrical probes contact and press “Measure” icon on the I-V Measurement System software.
