Our CPF Fittings & Hose are a new line of quick-test pressure fittings for calibration & test applications - designed with an emphasis on safety. Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF) perform up to 10 000 psi / 1000 bar, and feature a safety weep hole to alert you before you accidently disconnect from a pressurized system. It can also be used as a bleed point. CPF fittings seals two ways: use fingers for an o-ring seal or use a wrench for a metal to metal cone seal (good to -40°C).

PWC Dynamometers
Mount the DYNOmite absorber (and appropriate pump adapter) in place of the boat's standard nozzle and cone. Each pump adapter (sold separately) incorporates a shaft, driven by the impeller (without impeller removal). A load control valve (fed from your " garden hose) allows you to regulate RPM by varying absorber drag (while holding the throttle open). You can simulate running at any MPH from idle to top end. The DYNOmite's computer captures the engine's RPM from an (integral absorber mounted) magnetic RPM pickup. Torque readings come directly from a full-bridge (temperature- compensated) torque arm. Results are never estimated from vague hydraulic-pump pressures.

The hose is filled with non-conductive silicone oil, which acts as a pressure compensator and dielectric. The electrical and/or optical conductors are loosely housed within the oil-filled assembly.

The Portable Small Meter Tester (PSMT) is a lightweight system for field testing of 5/81 in. meters. It includes a test meter with control valves, hose connections, fittings and pressure gauge.
