This tester was specifically designed for the new-generation pitot tubes that integrate sensing probes, pressure sensors and powerful air data computer processing to provide all critical air data parameters including Pitot and static pressure, airspeed, altitude, and angle of attack. This Pitot Static tester is designed primarily for flightline use to cover the testing of all barometric and manometric pressure instrument systems. The AoA Channel behaves as a second Ps channel, in order to create a differential pressure between the 2 Ps Channel, allowing to performsimulations of different Angles of Attack. The large touch screen display, with on-screen help, enables all checks to be carried out easily on the flight deck or in the cockpit, by a single operator. Restrained Airspeeds
These airspeed indicators have restrained movements.These instruments are actuated by ram air and ambient atmospheric pressure obtained from the aircraft pitot and static pressure systems. A moveable pointer and a fixed dial indicate airspeed with the zero index at the 12 o’clock position. Temperature compensation is internal and there is no external zero adjustment. Pointer damping is internally adjustable.

Air Flow Meters
An Air Flow Meter measures air velocity as well as air pressure. Depending on the type of application, the Air Flow Meter is made as a hot-wire Air Flow Meter, a vane Air Flow Meter, a cup anemometer, a Pitot tube air flow meter or a pocket weather flow meter, all of which can measure air velocity as well as air pressure. Some can even detect the wind direction. The most common unit of measurement for air flow is m/s.Air Flow Meters are basically mass flow meters, as they determine the air velocity and air pressure by measuring the mass flow of a medium, which is air in this case.The results of measuring the air velocity can be stored in the Air Flow Meter's memory, depending on the model.
