Multifunction Analog I/O Card
LPCI-AIO16A
Model LPCI-AIO16A provides 500k samples/second, with 16-bit resolution, for the board’s 16 single-ended or 8 differential analog input channels. Also included are two 12-bit analog outputs, 16 digital I/O lines and an 8254 with three 16-bit counter/timers. The board meets the MD2 Low Profile PCI Bus Specification and can be installed in any 3.3V or 5V PCI or PCI-X slot.

The 104-AIM-32 is an analog signal multiplexer conforming to the PC/104 standard. The card will multiplex and condition 16 differential or 32 single-ended analog signals before passing them to an analog-to-digital converter card like the 104-AIO12-8. A system may comprise one to seven of these cards in tandem with one 104-AIO12-8 A/D converter board. The 104-AIM-32 card may be used as part of a large data acquisition system. The 104-AIM-32A Kit consists of one 104-AIM-32 and one 12-bit 8-input A/D board.

Model AIM-16 accepts, pre-amplifies, and multiplexes analog signals for application to an analog-to-digital converter installed in a host computer. Each AIM-16 concentrates 16 differential analog input channels into one single-ended analog output channel. Up to eight AIM-16s can be cascaded providing total capacity for 128 inputs to an "8-input A/D Converter."

Isolated Relay I/O Card

The mPCIe-IIRO-8 consists of a type F1 PCI Express Mini Card (mPCIe) interface board that connects to a Mobile-ITX-sized, DB-37M Isolation Module via an included 9” cable. That module is designed to be easily panel-mounted in any application environment. It uses the high speed PCI Express bus to transfer digital data to and from the card. The digital I/O is compatible with 8255 PPI chips making it easy to program.

Signal Conditioning
Sensors that are used to collect the data from the environment often don’t produce signal of characteristics optimal for an analog to digital converter (ADC) to translate to digital data. Additionally, these signals can be subject to electromagnetic interference (EMI) that introduces noise, having a negative impact on the reliability of the data. Serial Data Converters
CONV232/485 and CONV232/422
CONV232/485 and CONV232/422 convert between RS-232 communications (as used by the COM1 and COM2 ports standard on most motherboards) and balanced-mode, long distance RS-485 and RS-422 communications. CONV232/485 was designed for use with our REMOTE ACCES line when there is no RS-485 port on your PC, but may also be used in other, similar applications.
