Flat One Side Baseplates
BE-FOS
Bemcoil-FOS (Flat One Side) is made from 18 gauge, 304 stainless steel sheet combined with 11 gauge (0.120 inch thick), 304 stainless steel plate. Bemcoil-FOS can be circuited to allow tapped or clearance hole penetrations for mounting. This material is sometimes specified as a liquid nitrogen cooled water getter plate material in optical testing systems.

Thermal Shroud
BC8-55/150C
When combined with a thermal conditioner such as the Bemco PCL3L-III or PCL3M-III, this shroud converts a 24 inch inside diameter by 30 inch high vacuum only vertical bell jar into a 19 inch inside diameter by 20 inch high thermal vacuum testing system. With a convenient clam shell door, test objects are easily loaded by simply raising the bell jar above the top of the door opening.

Right Angle Poppet Valve

We also offer a standard line of both cold traps and right angle poppet valves. Shown at left is a Bemco PV10 Right Angle Poppet Valve and a Bemco MCT12 Round Cold Trap. The cold traps and poppet valves are all stainless steel except for the pneumatic piston. They are available in ASA flange, Conflat, and weld mounting.

Salt Spray and Fog Chamber

Bemco's Standard SS30 Salt Spray and Fog chamber meets all standard military, commercial, and ASTM salt fog corrosion and humidity corrosion tests. The SS30 is currently in redesign to incorporate a clear - see through top with the same advanced features of the previous fiberglass system. This chamber has a workspace of 48-inches wide by 36-inches high by 30-inches deep.

Glass Door Humidity Chambers

The Bemco FW30, mechanically cooled, Glass Door Humidity Chamber has a temperature range of -18 C to +94 C (0 F to 200 F) and a humidity range of up to 5% RH to 95% RH. This chamber features dry air injection and a direct humidity sensor. It operates without dewpoint limit from 5% RH to 95% RH over the range of 30 C to 85 C and even allows operation at 20% RH at 5 C and 50% RH at -14 C!

Bemco integral chambers include a heliarc welded, 300 Series stainless steel inner liner, fiberglass insulation, and a structural steel supported, carbon steel outer case finished in Bemco blue. They are designed to individually distribute, monitor, and protect one or more of your valuable products from the higher than required flow of a larger PTS, Portable Temperature Servo Conditioner or HPG, High Pressure Gas Conditioner. You can also use PTS-DII Gas Distribution panels with any other source of temperature controlled gas, including a competitor's air or gas source.

PAO, a fluid that does not react with water and is compatible with most metals, is the basis of the Bemco PAO-II series of fluid conditioners. Similar to the Bemco PCL Chillers, PAO-II Liquid Chillers are furnished as free standing caster mounted systems, ready to provide a reliable and precisely controlled flow of temperature conditioned PAO fluid. These systems are optimized for use with Polyalphaolefin fluid in an Aerospace environment.

Space Simulators
A6H Series
Bemco offers up-to-date space simulators incorporating all of the preferred features needed for reliable combined temperature and high vacuum testing. The A6H series includes a fully integrated and appropriately sized PCL-III Portable Liquid Chiller utilizing liquid nitrogen for cooling. The PCL-III is mounted within the A6H system structure and permanently attached to the chamber thermal shroud. Mechanical cooling is available as an option.
